Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
How to Start a Return
Email us at honeybloomva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at honeybloomva@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
