Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from HoneyBloom! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at honeybloomva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at honeybloomva@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
